Mo Tatou
Little Oaks Montessori is committed to providing our families with an authentic Montessori experience. We are very well resourced with materials designed by Maria Montessori to create an enriched curriculum for our children. Our teachers foster close relationships with children and their whanau, creating a strong sense of community. We have a wonderful indoor and outdoor environment for the children to access all day. The emphasis that we place on values such as respect, consideration, responsibility and kindness result in an environment that is calm, peaceful and purposeful.
At Little Oaks, our mission is to support and nurture our tamariki as they begin their learning journey.
We acknowledge and strengthen our tamariki's unique cultures in a safe and happy environment.
We embed Manākitanga and whanaungatanga in all that we do and promote a culture of kindness, inclusiveness, trust, respect, empathy and integrity.
We celebrate each child’s learning providing them with opportunities to grow, be challenged and explore their interests. We empower our tamariki to be confident, competent learners identifying and responding to teachable moments and by role modelling.
Our aspiration is to become the centre of choice for Whānau in the Manawatū District.
We have a passionate, caring, loving and fun team who wish to share their knowledge and learning with your Tamariki.
